After serving 17 years in the corporate world with a background in banking, I received my Real Estate license in 1999 and obtained my Realtor® designation immediately afterwards. I am a Realtor® (not just an Agent--there is a difference) with my local board, have received my Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) designation, and in 2008 received my Associate Broker license. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors as well as the Georgia Association of Realtors. I tell you all this because I think it's important for individuals to realize they have a choice in who they work with. When choosing a real estate agent, ethics, accountability, and respect for others are fundamental requirements. Let’s face it, with today's technology, we all have the ability to market or search for your home in very similar ways.
So what is truly the difference you should be looking for? After 25 years in this industry, I still passionately believe you deserve accountability, respect, and a personal touch. You deserve a Realtor® who actually listens and is more concerned about your well-being than their own productivity volume. First time home buyer, resale, new construction, downsizing, etc… YOU deserve to be treated as my number ONE.
